LAST DAY IN THE SPRINGS

Today we just took it easy and started gathering our things together for the trip home. We did some window shopping and walked through the mall and some other stores. I think we are all kind of burned out from all the sightseeing. Melissa took us to one of the townhouses where she works and we got to meet the guy she works for. Now when she talks about her work we kind of know where she's at.
Tomorrow we head out for Red Oak, Iowa. I'm not looking foward to 12 hours of driving but its the only way to get there. We'll spend a day there and then another 9 hour drive back to Medford. Hope you've enjoyed seeing our trip and we will be home soon.

One more picture. This chair was alongside a highway and we had to turn around and go back to get a picture of it. It is the worlds largest rocking chair. It is 21 feet tall and 14 feet wide. It weighs 9100 pounds. I so wanted to try and climb up on it but it was inside a locked fence.
