The day arrived for the Dairy Dessert contest at the fair. This years entry was White Chocolate-Strawberry Tiramisu. We've had a couple trial runs this past week and the panel of judges gave me their suggestions and opinions.
And of course the "helpers" came just in time to dip the strawberries. Notice the hands in the bottom right corner. That would be their mother "helping" also.
And here's the final entry. It tasted wonderful! I didn't win a refrigerator this year but it was fun to enter and compete. There were 27 entries this year and the competition was unbelievable. Now to come up with a recipe for next year.............................
